Notice is hereby given that a meeting of Brancepeth Parish Council which will be
held at the Village Hall, Brancepeth on Monday 14th May 2012 immediately following
the Annual General Meeting which follows the Annual Assembly which commences at 7.30
pm for
the purpose of transacting the following business.

- The next meeting of Brancepeth Parish Council is on Monday 18th June 2012 in the
Village Hall, Brancepeth, which commences at 7.30pm
- Opportunity for the public to raise matters of interest. Would residents please advise
the Parish Clerk in writing at least 3 working days before the meeting of any matters
they wish to raise at the meeting. If the Council is made aware of any possible public
participation then it may consider adjourning the meeting after item 4, to deal with
this item.
